I've been drawing, composing, writing, and animating since I was but a wee lass. Sharing my creations publicly, however, is entirely new to me. I fit the artist's stereotype pretty well in that I tend to associate my self-worth with how my art is received, so although I've always desperately wanted to share, my literal brain and figurative heart have viewed that as a dangerous level of exposure.
But about a month ago, I decided to take a leap and start putting things out there. These first attempts at opening up have met with a generally positive response, and I feel like I'm getting my creative mojo back after years and years of imposter syndrome paralysis.
So now I'm here, sheltering from the AI art-pocalypse and hoping to get my stuff in front of some real humans. Hello, everyone.
